Sean McNeil received his first taste of the restaurant industry at the popular Arno’s Restaurant on Nantucket Island. At Arno’s, an understanding of what it means to provide guests a dining experience, not “just a meal” was conceived.
Upon graduation from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Sean moved to Ohio in order to be closer to his family. It was here in Ohio that a drive to hone his service and training skills began at some of the Chagrin Valley’s finest restaurants: Gamekeeper’s, Blake’s Seafood Grill, Market Square Bistro, and Red The Steak House. When the opportunity arose at L’Albatros to join the newly formed team it was a natural decision. The dedication to quality service, fine food, as well as his ability to lead had quickly established Sean within the restaurant as Assistant General Manager. Now, moving downtown to lead the opening of another Bruell restaurant, Sean has been elevated to the position of General Manager at Cowell & Hubbard.
