Restaurant week begins January 11th and runs thru February 7th!

During this four -week celebration of fine food from award-winning Cleveland chef and restaurateur Zack Bruell, diners will have the chance to experience a unique three-course dinner for only $33 at each of Bruell’s restaurants: Parallax, Table 45, L’Albatros, Chinato, Alley Cat and Cowell & Hubbard.

For and additional $20 wine pairings will also be available.

First Course (choice of)

-          Fluke Crudo with green tea granite, honey comb, micro greens

-          Deconstructed Cuban- moho, coriander pickles, spicy mustard

-          Brussels sprout salad- bacon lardons, pickled red onions, golden raisins, sherry mustard vinaigrette

Second Course (choice of)

-          Serrano and Manchego stuffed chicken legs, white bean puree, sherry, paprika, thyme, roasted peppers, romesco

-          Raddiccio and tofu pastitsio , braised onions, red sauce

-          Grilled Mahi with Brussels sprouts, mushrooms and pomegranate parsley salad
